I'm currently starting to learn german (beginners level, A1), and as such I'm looking for some tv german series available on dvd with german subtitles, since I think this would be the best way to study the accent and pronunciation and associate them with the words themselves. Unfortunately though, I've been having a hard time finding such thing, so I suppose this is just not a common practice as it is for instance with the english series/movies (there are always english subtitles available). I've searched for some popular/acclaimed german series on google (for instance Stromberg and Berlin Alexanderplatz 80s' mini-series seemed quite worth a watch), and looked them up on amazon.de (and some other online shops), but there's never a reference of deutsche untertitel. So my question for the fellow german redditors is: do you actually know any tv series available in a dvd/blu-ray package with german subtitles, worth to see/buy?
